You will use your advanced cytology skills to screen and evaluate a variety of specimens, including GYN, non-GYN, and FNA samples, accurately identifying benign, pre-cancerous, and malignant changes. The position also includes supporting fine needle aspiration procedures, preparing specimens for microscopic review, and maintaining high standards of quality control and compliance. You'll collaborate closely with pathologists on complex cases, manage specimen tracking and documentation, and ensure efficient workflows that support timely and accurate diagnoses.
