Overview:Works with the commercial banking & equipment finance marketing automation team as well as designers, developers, and project managers to coordinate, build, set-up and send emails and digital communications through our marketing automation software.Primary Responsibilities:Maintain the currency and accuracy of the email schedule, ensuring emails are on target to be sent on time.Manage email campaigns throughout the project process, ensuring projects run smoothly and all approvals are obtained.Build, test, proof, set-up and send emails.Assist with email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment.Manage the coordination of email reporting.Assist in researching and implementing latest best practices and industry standards across marketing automation platform.Implement A/B and multivariate testing on emails and content to maximize performance and engagement.Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.Complete other related duties as assigned.Education and Experience Required:Associate’s degree and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 5 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experienceProven project management skillsProven organizational skillsProven verbal and written communications skillsDetail-orientedExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience working within given creative specifications in a fast-paced environmentEducation and Experience Preferred:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fieldProficiency with marketing automation platformsWorking knowledge of pertinent customer relationship management softwareM&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $28.60 - $47.66 Hourly (USD).
