Portal Lounge, a next-generation airport lounge by Gameway, is hiring part-time and full-time Lounge Attendants to support daily operations at its new MSP location. Lounge Attendants play a key role in creating a clean, welcoming, and well-prepared environment so guests can relax, play, and enjoy their time between flights. If you are an enthusiastic person with a passion for creating guest loyalty and working in a fun, high-performing environment, Key Responsibilities: Clean, reset, and maintain lounge seating, tables, and common areas Ensure gaming and lounge spaces are guest-ready throughout the day Follow cleaning, safety, and appearance standards consistently Support lounge operations by restocking, resetting spaces, and assisting as needed Work across multiple lounge areas through cross-training Minimum Qualifications: Ability to follow instructions, complete tasks consistently, and work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness Willingness to be cross-trained across lounge areas Ability to lift and transport up to 25 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, and move frequently throughout shifts Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment Compensation and Work Schedule: Pay: $18.00 per hour Schedule : Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Open availability required, including weekends and holidays, due to airport operations.
