RN New Grad/Nurse Residency

Schedule:

3 12- hour shifts Days (7a-7p) Nights (7a-7P) every other weekend  

Hourly Range : $31.49 - $34.00

Sovah Health - Danville is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network with facilities coast to coast. Our evidence-based Nurse Residency Program provides hands-on, structured support to help you transition from a new graduate to a confident, competent registered nurse. 

You'll be automatically enrolled in our comprehensive 12-month program, structured across three key phases: clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development. Each phase is thoughtfully designed to guide your growth, strengthen your skills, and build confidence in delivering patient care. 

You'll benefit from:

• Flexible, self-paced learning through engaging modules and knowledge checks 
• Dedicated one-on-one support from a trained preceptor to help you build clinical skills and transition to managing your own patient assignments

• Completion of a Capstone project focused on evidence-based practice, with guidance and support every step of the way

What we're looking for: 

Passionate New Graduates who have a

• Degree from an accredited nursing school 
• RN Licensure 
• BCLS
